Use the Countryside Drive office for the custody record and current facility contact. The Historic Jail and Dungeon page concerns the former building and its history. Sending a records inquiry there would delay the search and may create confusion about which jail held the person.
A correct location is only the start. Bring the booking details and ask which record contains the actual release event. If the response shows a transfer, continue with the named receiving agency. If it shows release under a court order, compare the time and authority with the docket.
